ORDER GRANTING ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE

 

 

On August 25, 2003, Union Electric Company, doing business as AmerenUE, filed its Application for Transfer of Assets, Change in Decommissioning Trust Fund, Waiver of Affiliate Rules, and Motion for Expedited Treatment seeking authority to transfer certain assets and to complete certain other related transactions.  Ameren requests that the Commission approve its application "in the first quarter of 2004."

Together with its application, Applicant filed its Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of its Associate General Counsel, Edward Fitzhenry, a member in good standing of the bar of the state of Illinois.  The motion complies in all respects with the Commission's rules and shows that Mr. Fitzhenry is eligible for temporary admission.  The Commission will admit Mr. Fitzhenry for the purpose of this proceeding. 

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:

1.            That Edward C. Fitzhenry is admitted to practice before this Commission pro hac vice during the pendency of this matter.

2.            That this Order shall become effective on August 29, 2003.
